The Jingle Pot area is located in a scenic valley under Mt. Benson sitting on the edge of the city limits. Taking into account its proximity to both the downtown and the north end of town, the Jingle Pot area is considered very rural, perfect for peace and quiet as well as convenience. This area consists of homes ranging from large acreages/equestrian properties to modern split-levels, old farm homes and modern sub-divisions; as well as luxury homes in family neighbourhoods with mortgage helper suites. It’s a great place for Buyers who are looking for larger more rural properties but still want to be close to the city and its amenities.
